Janelle London is the co-executive director of Coltura. She served on the Environmental Quality Commission for the city of Menlo Park and has advised Peninsula Clean Energy and Green Ninja.

Janelle published the first op ed in California calling for a phaseout of gasoline-powered vehicles, and has written about the need for EV charging highway signage.

Matthew Metz is the founder and co-executive director of Coltura.  Before starting Coltura in 2014, he was a trial lawyer and non-profit leader. 

Matthew has been at the forefront of the anti-gasoline movement since its inception. Along with his co-executive director Janelle London, Matthew wrote the first op-eds in the U.S. calling for a phaseout of gasoline-powered vehicles, sponsored early gatherings of California and global leaders to discuss 100% vehicle electrification, and led coalitions to support the passage of gasoline vehicle phaseout legislation in California and Washington State.
