Ruchi is a strategic and impact oriented professional with over 14 years of innovation and leadership experience in the energy sector. She has led and managed teams across multiple industries and divisions of Power Sector– Transmission Strategy, Large Scale Renewable Integration, Due Diligence, Project Sales, Interconnection Tariffs, Transmission and Distribution Planning, Substation Design& Protection, and Smart Grid. She is an IEEE Senior Member, author, and co-author of various IEEE papers, reviewer of several IEEE publications. She is currently a Technology Manager at Department of Energy’s Solar Energy Technologies Office. She has a M.S in Power Systems and Controls and is currently pursuing MBA at Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management.
