Nikhil Nadkarni is an urban planner focused on climate strategy and energy transformation in cities. At the City of Cambridge Community Development Department, he works on programs and policies to help Cambridge residents save energy and make progress towards Cambridge’s net zero goals. He spent 2020 on a research sabbatical in Berlin, studying the German energy transformation and its lessons for building decarbonization in US cities.
