Ruby Wincele, Research Associate, Climate XChange

Ruby Wincele is a Research Associate at Climate XChange, where she he serves as a technical expert for policymakers and advocates on a wide array of topics including decarbonization, public health, green stimulus, equity and environmental justice, and carbon pricing. Ruby is the lead author of Investing in a Better Massachusetts: An Analysis of Job Creation and Community Benefits to help inform the state's economic recovery plan. In addition to green recovery research, she is working to build a comprehensive state climate policy dashboard and assists with writing state climate bills. Ruby graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Economics and Mathematics.
